It's been a while since I updated I know...It's just been a little nuts with school and such...my brain has been fuzzy and then dealing with all the new crap our government is throwing at us I feel like I'm getting smacked in the face, a lot and not for my pleasure, (truth be told getting slapped in the face isn't pleasurable...other body parts are nice though.)
So I owe y'all some nummy treats ...

Also the movie waitress...Here's my review : Waitress Staring Keri Russell and Cult favorite Nathan Fillion. This movie is quirky and off-beat with a feeling of joy that grows throughout the movie. The film is shot beautifully and with a deep commitment to telling a story worth remembering. As I laughed, and chuckled my way through this film I reflected on what I do when I'm stressed, it's not all that different than creating pies in your head. Which makes me think of the interesting idea of making even something as domestic as pie making is art, which for me reinforced that film doesn't always make art, sometimes it just illuminates life which is art all in itself.
